Requirements:
  • Proven success in consultative technical sales, ideally with experience in the packaging industry, capital goods, machinery, or industrial equipment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sales, business administration, or a related field.
  • Ability to sell complex products that require detailed technical explanations.
  • Background in the packaging sector preferred; existing network is a significant asset.
  • Strong customer service and negotiation skills with organized work habits.
  • Experience in a global or international setting is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Initiate contact with target customers and implement lead generation strategies.
  • Prospect and qualify sales leads through direct outreach and industry events.
  • Respond to RFPs/RFQs from current key accounts.
  • Use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate product value.
  • Work with sales representatives to nurture client relationships.
  • Facilitate communication between US customers and project teams in Germany.
