Requirements:
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
  • Previous customer service or telesales experience.
  • Focus on revenue generation and ability to up-sell.
  • Target-driven and comfortable with changing priorities.
  • Member-first mentality and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to articulate onboarding requirements efficiently.
  • Team player willing to assist the KYC Analyst Team.
  • Self-motivated and conscientious.
  • Ability to learn and adapt based on feedback.
  • Knowledge of compliance, KYC, AML regulations is a plus.
  • Experience in Fintech or digital banking is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or similar and predictive dialer is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive inbound and outbound calls from potential members who have shown interest in signing up.
  • Guide them over the phone to complete their signup process.
  • Answer questions and reassure them about Tide's offerings.
  • Collaborate with the KYC team to ensure correct documentation from members.
  • Support business development with cold calls to convert new customers.
  • Understand prospective members' business needs to recommend appropriate Tide products.
  • Provide excellent service to welcome new members.
