• Demonstrated 4 + years of hands-on, generalist experience as a HR Advisor/Consultant.
• Sound knowledge of workplace legislation and ER/HR best practice methods.
• Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders and executing people strategies.
• Strong client-focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a national team.
• Highly organized to deliver outcomes in a fast-paced business environment.

Responsibilities:

• Managing challenging employee issues demonstrating best practice.
• Developing senior-level relationships to understand business needs.
• Working with QLD Leaders on employee engagement, retention, and culture.
• Providing trusted advice on employee relations matters.
• Delivering management coaching and advisory.
• Addressing State-based workplace health and safety issues.
