Requirements:

• Proven experience with Xactimate software.
• Strong knowledge of construction and restoration processes.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Preferred Certifications include Xactimate Certification and IICRC Certification (e.g., WRT, ASD).
• Experience with Symbility and/or RS Means is a plus.
• Tools required include Xactimate, MS Excel, and Planswift.

Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate estimates using Xactimate for restoration and reconstruction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure all aspects of the project are considered.
• Review plans and perform takeoffs using Planswift.
• Maintain and organize project estimates and data in MS Excel.
• Stay updated on industry standards and incorporate the latest cost databases such as RS Means and Symbility.
