Requirements:
  • 2+ years of B2B or SaaS sales experience with proven success.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Must be a resident of the U.S.
  • Private, quiet office free of distractions.
  • Impeccable communication and online presentation skills, including demo experience.
  • Driven with attention to detail and a results focus.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prospect to real estate professionals that fit the company's ideal customer profile.
  • Convert inbound leads into successfully closed deals.
  • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations tailored to the prospect's needs.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to understand and solve client pain points.
  • Manage objections and negotiate effectively during the sales process.
  • Ensure a seamless transition to onboarding and Customer Success.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to identify customer expansion opportunities.
  • Leverage sales enablement tools and marketing assets.
  • Own monthly sales targets and record relevant data in the CRM.
  • Occasionally travel to attend sponsored events in the U.S. and Canada.
