Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering); Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Familiarity with statistical concepts, including model evaluation metrics, forecasting methodologies, and confidence intervals.
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities for C-level audiences.
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Technical consulting background preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Tackle complex business questions by collaborating with data scientists to synthesize insights.
• Develop comprehensive operational reports for C-level executives and present them regularly.
• Own the reporting and analysis of the company's North Star metric, addressing any issues.
• Lead projects to build new data assets and capabilities.
