Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial experience, preferably with fast moving consumer goods companies.
• 3+ years of experience working directly with buyers at Target USA.
• Experience in the beauty or personal care industry, selling to mass retail preferred.
• Superior Excel and PowerPoint skills for creating customer-facing content.
• Experience with Nielsen/IRI analytics and insights-based selling.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly collaborative and focused on continuous learning.
• Understanding of Demand Planning and Supply Chain processes.

Responsibilities:

• Balance all aspects of Account Management including short term execution and mid to long term business planning.
• Own sales forecast execution to include retailer specific promotional activity and in-store experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on quarterly sales goals.
• Provide ongoing reporting and analysis of business trends to identify gaps.
• Communicate business updates to stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Contribute to merchandising strategy process and tactical planning.
• Maintain relationships with buyers and demand planners.
• Manage third-party sales representative agencies.
