Requirements:
  • 5+ years as a sales manager overseeing at least 6 reps.
  • Proven leadership skills that motivate team members.
  • Experience in an international sales environment.
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas as a representative.
  • Experience in setting targets and helping teams attain these goals.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong planning and presentation skills.
  • Fluent communication skills for teaching, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Experience selling in the hospitality and SaaS industries is a plus.
  • Native proficiency in French and fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of about 10 sales representatives to achieve quota.
  • Develop a best-in-class sales organization to maximize revenue.
  • Create specific plans to ensure long and short-term sales growth.
  • Assist with deal execution and closing key opportunities.
  • Demonstrate market knowledge and product expertise during demos.
  • Ensure reps understand necessary funnel metrics for success.
  • Measure and manage key business KPIs.
  • Conduct team and forecast calls for alignment and expectations.
  • Liaise on customized deal pricing in absence of Head of Sales.
  • Identify and improve outdated sales processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to maximize lead funnel performance.
  • Work with other departments to ensure smooth sales processes.
