Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a sales manager or leading a team of at least six sales representatives.
  • Proven leadership skills that motivate and inspire teams.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in a South-East Asian language or Chinese is a plus.
  • Experience in an international environment.
  • Successful track record of achieving quotas as a sales representative and manager.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in hospitality and/or hotel SaaS tech industry is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a high-performing sales organization to maximize revenue and exceed targets.
  • Recruit, hire, and train new sales team members in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
  • Create short and long-term sales growth plans.
  • Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings for sales reps' development.
  • Establish individual KPIs with the VP for designated products.
  • Support deal execution alongside sales reps.
  • Demonstrate market knowledge and product expertise during demos.
  • Assist reps with sales funnel understanding and demand creation.
  • Measure and manage key business KPIs.
  • Lead team alignment meetings, including forecasts.
  • Identify and improve outdated processes with Sales Operations.
  • Foster relationships across sales and support teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation.
  • Ensure smooth processes and customer success through departmental coordination.
  • Promote Lighthouse's core values.
