Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or Public Relations.
• Expected graduation date from June 2026 onwards.
• Knowledge of content creation and copywriting is a plus.
• Knowledge of social media management is a plus.
• Intermediate level of English proficiency is a plus.
• Must reside in São Paulo.
• Availability to work 2 times per month at the office located in Berrini, São Paulo.
• Availability for morning or daytime hours.
• Demonstrated passion for social media and digital marketing trends.
• Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Support the CX Team Manager in implementing customer experience initiatives across all Wellhub markets.
• Collaborate in developing and executing strategies for managing social media channels and community forums.
• Guide CX agents to provide exceptional social media experiences.
• Identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Inspire and promote wellbeing in the work environment.
