Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Designer.
• Construction-related degree (Engineering, Architecture) is an asset.
• Knowledge of construction scopes, scheduling, and project management.
• Understanding of multi-discipline practices for residential and commercial projects.
• Proficiency in REVIT and familiarity with Building Codes (primarily BC, Alberta).
• Background in modular construction is highly advantageous.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Support estimating with engineering oversight and concept design.
• Communicate with sales during the proposal stage.
• Assist design team in preparation of bid documents.
• Propose alternative designs for cost savings.
• Ensure modular constructability in design.
• Collaborate with estimators and project manager throughout design and construction stages.
• Review and approve project documentation for accuracy.
• Coordinate with various teams and ensure project compliance.
