Responsibilities:
  • Managing requests from VIP Platform Services customers, including programme development or management with other support teams.
  • Administering customer accounts under credit control supervision and resolving financial issues.
  • Assisting in managing programme upsells, retention, and closures.
  • Handling projects to improve client support tools and content.
  • Staying updated on functionality upgrades and internal processes related to customer request management.
