Responsibilities:

• Editing short videos of the co-founders in the Alex Hormozi style.
• Adding graphics to videos for platforms like YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.
• Collaborating closely with the Chief Content Director and the marketing team.
• Balancing quick execution with creative editing.
• Producing engaging short-form content weekly.
• Editing 21 short-form videos per week.
• Tracking the performance of videos based on retention rate and views.
• Monitoring audience comments for qualitative feedback.
• Keeping up with platform trends.
