Requirements:
  • BS in Computer Science, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience architecting solutions in Reltio MDM or similar platforms.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in master data management.
  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce data, Microsoft D365, and Snowflake.
  • Hands-on experience in data engineering, data modeling, and building solutions.
  • Strong working experience with agile and waterfall project delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers in enterprise data management.

  • Ensure data security and compliance with PHI, PII, and HIPAA.
  • Drive strategy and implementation for regulatory compliance.
  • Manage team's work on Jira for progress visibility.
  • Define and maintain MDM standards and conduct compliance reviews.
  • Participate in data governance council and collaborate on requirements.
  • Assist with defining data governance policies and monitoring methods.
