Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a business-related field strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in related human resources roles.
  • Experience maintaining and enhancing HR systems (HRIS, LMS, ATS), preferably Workday and others.
  • Previous benefits and leave management experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent relationship building and maintenance skills.
  • Understanding of state-specific and federal employment laws.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities:
  • Serves as lead administrator and subject matter expert for HR systems (HRIS, LMS, ATS, etc.) ensuring data integrity and optimized functionality.
  • Researches and implements scalable methodologies to streamline HR core processes like onboarding and benefits administration.
  • Runs reports and analyzes data for compliance and provides information to leaders.
  • Provides excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manages employee engagement and feedback surveys.
  • Offers coaching on policies and performance management.
  • Contributes to strategic objectives through project management.
  • Maintains confidentiality and compliance in HR records.
  • Strives for operational excellence and identifies opportunities for automation.
  • Collaborates on departmental and cross-functional projects.
