• Management experience leading full-stack engineering teams across back-end, data, and front-end domains.
• Prior engineering and leadership experience with scalable backend and data systems.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Design, and customer-facing functions.
• Experience in fast-moving environments.

• Strong balance of technical expertise and understanding of business goals.
• Proficiency in managing complex projects and aligning teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a team of cross-functional engineers, fostering growth, collaboration, and engineering best practices.
• Define and communicate the team’s goals and roadmap, balancing short-term customer needs with long-term strategic product and engineering goals.
• Partner with product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
• Guide system architecture and technical design for scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Evaluate and manage third-party tools that support the Merchandising team's initiatives.
• Create operational maturity in the team using metrics and data-driven decisions.
• Set a positive tone for the team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
