Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience advertising on Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, and TikTok.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• Experience driving profitable campaigns with budgets over $100K/month.
• Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, remarketing, shopping feeds, and funnel optimization.
• Thorough knowledge of campaign structures, optimizations, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and drive to exceed objectives.
• Experience with display and online video preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Build campaigns with various objectives across multiple ad accounts.
• Communicate issues and milestones during projects, delivering post-mortem reports.
• Oversee campaign delivery, spending, and performance.
• Make optimizations for targeting, budget, bids, and ads to improve efficiencies.
• Monitor budgets and ensure targets are met.
• Generate advertising reports for account optimizations and provide actionable updates.
• Work with the creative team on briefs, feedback, and final ad audits.
• Maintain event and UTM tracking.
• Construct paid social dashboards.
