Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA designation required or in the process of obtaining.
• 4-7 years of accounting experience with a focus on financial analysis and large datasets.
• Proven experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify discrepancies and trends.
• Experience managing multiple projects and ensuring efficient collaboration.
• Strong focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily and monthly accounting transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all financial data.
• Continuously monitor accounting outputs, flagging inconsistencies and recommending corrective actions.
• Support month-end close process and year-end audit by providing accurate data.
• Conduct trend and flux analyses to explain financial variances.
• Ensure adherence to GAAP compliance.
• Lead operational efficiency initiatives within accounting and reporting functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define problems and implement solutions.
• Manage mini-projects related to accounting issues.
• Develop and maintain visual dashboards for reporting.
