Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership in developing department objectives.
• Hire, develop, and manage Sr Managers and Managers.
• Manage departmental budget and authorize expenditures.
• Coordinate development of standardized documentation and resources.
• Provide support on strategic business planning and consulting.
• Review and monitor quarterly reporting on practice performance.
• Research industry trends and keep team current.
• Provide consulting services to ensure maximum customer value.
• Oversee scoping, estimating, proposing, and staff allocation.
• Instill a high-performance culture with a focus on teamwork.
• Act as a change agent for continuous improvement.
• Travel to meet with customers.
