Requirements:

• Successful track record as CTO or similar role in healthcare technology startup.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (advanced degrees preferred).
• 10+ years in engineering, ML, or software development, with an emphasis on AI/ML and NLP.
• 2+ years designing and deploying LLM-based solutions.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java).
• Expertise in cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
• Strong background in data security, particularly for healthcare data.

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement StealthCo's technical strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Architect end-to-end Generative AI solutions utilizing LLMs and NLP.
• Lead cross-functional teams in designing innovative healthcare compliance products.
• Develop scalable, secure, HIPAA-compliant systems integrating with healthcare IT and EHRs.
• Mentor technical team to uphold software quality and delivery velocity.
