Requirements:

• Master’s degree in political science, international affairs, economics, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5-10 years of related experience providing intelligence/risk analysis focused on the Americas.
• Ability to read and speak Spanish is required; Portuguese skills are beneficial.
• Experience managing the development of written analytical products.
• Proven ability to be an outstanding colleague in an entrepreneurial setting.
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills.
• Experience mentoring and developing junior analysts.
• Experience with highly confidential information.
• Experience working with diverse partners.
• Preferred: supervisory experience in an intelligence production environment.
• Comfortable with changing priorities and results-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize experience in intelligence collection and analysis to guide others and prioritize collection requirements.
• Assess information for credibility, relevance, and identify information gaps.
• Serve as subject matter expert for geopolitical, economic, and security developments in the Americas.
• Mentor analysts on best practices and analytical standards.
• Produce timely and tailored intelligence reports and threat assessments.
• Conduct assessments related to international security risks and challenges.
• Research international locations for travel safety and related aspects.
• Follow company procedures regarding confidential information.
• Develop strong relationships with business partners.
• Occasional travel to regional and global offices.
