Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of sales development experience in high velocity, SaaS sales environments with a proven 'hunter' mentality.
  • Track record of success in quota attainment within a highly technical sales process.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Trained in Command of the Message or similar methodologies and MEDDPICC.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive new logos and new ARR into the assigned Enterprise territory, DACH.
  • Develop and implement a business development sales strategy to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Generate a focused pipeline aligned with key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with technology ecosystem and alliance partners to discover new opportunities.
  • Manage opportunities through the sales cycle from inquiry to pipeline forecasting.
  • Meet quarterly and annual revenue objectives while regularly reporting progress through CRM tools.
