• Excellent spoken and written English for clear communication via emails, Slack, and conference calls.

• Proactive and growth-oriented mindset with a desire to exceed expectations.
• 2-3 years of experience successfully managing Google Ads for DTC brands or retailers.
• Ability to work with data and translate insights using Excel knowledge (formulas, pivot tables, etc.).

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of 5-10 Google Ads projects, analyzing performance, launching and scaling campaigns.
• Strategize and set up campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Collaborate with project teams (paid social, creative/design, and email) to achieve client goals.
• Monitor account health, troubleshoot issues, and analyze performance against KPIs.
• Provide performance insights and recommendations for improvements.
