Responsibilities:

• Architect the full product lifecycle for the EOR SaaS product ecosystem.
• Create and maintain a dynamic, data-driven product roadmap.
• Understand customers' pain points in global workforce management through research and data analysis.
• Drive product decisions through metrics, user feedback, and market insights.
• Facilitate communication across teams to ensure alignment on product goals.
• Monitor global EOR market trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
