Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in account management, implementation or partnership management; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• A deep understanding of healthcare systems and clinical workflows.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver results.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for relationship-building.
• Ability to interpret data, measure performance, and present insights.
• Resourceful and solutions-focused with troubleshooting skills.

• Comfortable navigating a dynamic start-up environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation process for new provider partners.
• Develop and execute customized implementation/project plans.
• Provide training and support to partners.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned provider partners.
• Conduct regular check-ins with partners to assess performance.
• Proactively identify opportunities for partner satisfaction.
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics.
• Utilize data for evaluating partner success.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams for smooth operations.
• Assess and refine onboarding and account management processes.
