Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B software field marketing, demand generation, or customer marketing.
• Experience in creating and deploying account-based marketing strategies.
• Proven record of expanding install base opportunities through regional marketing.
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar marketing budgets.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, 6Sense, Marketo, Asana and other marketing technologies.
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to meet deadlines.
• Enthusiastic team player with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in building relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordinating installed base growth marketing direction with input from various internal stakeholders.
• Drive a customer-centric approach in alignment with growth and retention goals.
• Develop integrated marketing strategies leveraging events, digital efforts, and personalized marketing.
• Utilize ABM tools to measure program success and expand customer engagement.
• Partner with account directors to generate expansion opportunities.
• Manage detailed budgeting and forecasting for demand generation.
• Oversee third-party vendors to ensure performance and value.
• Track success criteria and KPIs for upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
