Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in a highly analytical role.
• Highly skilled at writing performant SQL to query relational databases.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with experience presenting to senior leaders.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced, fully-remote environment.
• Passion for cleaning and transforming data into clear metrics and dashboards (Looker, Tableau, etc.).
• Proven experience using data visualization to answer business questions.
• Familiarity with data modeling languages like R and Python.
• Ability to lead and provide mentorship to team members.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, especially SQL and Looker.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:
