Requirements:

• Master’s degree in organizational development, industrial-organizational psychology, or a related field.
• 10 or more years of experience in an organizational development, leadership development, or talent management role.
• Vendor certification in at least one assessment tool (i.e., DISC, Birkman, change management, MBTI).
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs across various levels.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Strong proficiency in designing and facilitating customized team-building sessions.
• Ability to assess organizational needs and align L&D initiatives with business objectives.
• Expertise in creating impactful learning programs across various formats.
• Strong coaching skills with experience guiding leaders.
• Ability to navigate and support organizational change.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership to assess learning needs and design a comprehensive strategy aligned with company goals.
• Create and facilitate engaging training sessions in various formats.
• Offer tailored coaching for individuals to enhance collaboration and leadership skills.
• Develop and lead customized team-building sessions to improve alignment and productivity.
• Act as a consultant on change management and team dynamics.
