Requirements:
  • At least 3+ years in a CRO-focused role at a high-growth DTC brand or agency.
  • Experience running impactful A/B tests and measurable improvements in website performance.
  • Strong skills in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar.
  • Experience with A/B testing platforms like Optimizely, VWO, and Google Optimize.
  • Ability to collaborate with designers to enhance web experiences.
  • Experience leading a small, agile team while working cross-functionally.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage various experiments.
Responsibilities:
  • Own the CRO Strategy by building a robust backlog of hypotheses and experiments.
  • Conduct research using heatmaps, session recordings, surveys, and user behavior analysis.
  • Lead the experimentation process, executing and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests.
  • Collaborate with a UX Designer, Developer, and Project Manager to ensure timely execution of experiments.
  • Drive key website KPIs by addressing customer journey friction points.
  • Establish a systemized CRO engine to maintain a constant pipeline of ideas.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform decisions and understand customer pain points.
