Responsibilities:

• Partner with business and HR leaders to analyze performance gaps and identify needs for learning support.
• Design and develop engaging learning experiences aligned with Otis' culture using appropriate strategies and technology.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to define instructional plans.
• Collect and analyze data to gain insights and enhance learning performance.
• Manage content and alignment of training programs.
