Requirements:
  • Previous CSR or customer-facing experience preferred.
  • Technically curious with a natural joy for troubleshooting.
  • Experience with billing, invoicing, and/or accounting workflows and software preferred.
  • Experience with Quickbooks and/or Stripe is a plus.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English; Spanish is a major plus.
  • Comfortable with desktop and mobile technology.
  • Strong listening, learning, and teaching skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Inbound/outbound phone support.
  • Inbound/outbound email support.
  • Inbound sales calls.
  • Assist new customers with welcome and initial training.
  • Engage in continual training and development to support customers.
  • Pre-launch testing of new application features and feedback to Development.
  • Attend occasional trade shows to interact live/in person with customers.
  • Provide customer perspective to other teams to contribute to development.
  • Contribute to the customer support Knowledge Base.
