Requirements:

• Proven ability to lead software engineering teams in complex, enterprise environments.
• Skilled in working directly with clients and managing their expectations.
• Extensive experience with server-side technologies, particularly Golang.
• Proficient in gRPC Protobufs, PostgreSQL optimization, and complex query creation.
• Expertise in integrating with third-party APIs and managing two-way syncs.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.
• Strong experience in test-driven development and maintaining high code quality.
• Mastery of design patterns and operational concerns such as monitoring, security, and performance.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and mentor diverse teams.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and build scalable, cloud-based applications using server-side technologies, particularly Golang.
• Provide technical and line-management leadership to your team.
