Requirements:
  • Proven business development success through the effective use of core sales tools.
  • 1-3 years experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
  • Ability to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, along with excellent listening skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and deliverables.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond, engage and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
  • Source new sales prospects and reach out to book appointments for Account Executives.
  • Communicate Remote's value propositions clearly and learn about prospects' needs.
  • Support the Account Executive team as needed.
  • Educate and develop prospects for hand-off to sales teams.
  • Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts.
  • Cold call into prospects generated by various outside sources.
  • Identify key players, research business requirements, and present solutions to initiate the sales cycle.
