Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years broad information security experience.
• Previous experience as a corporate CISO.
• Extensive background in all aspects of IT architecture, planning and strategy.
• Desired certifications: CISM, CISA, CISSP, Security+, CRISC, CGEIT.
• Strong financial and business acumen with multi-faceted business operations understanding.
• Ability to identify and plan for multi-year opportunities.
• Strong influencing skills for business transformation.
• Ability to collaborate with business and sales leaders.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proactive and consultative approach to customer and sales requests.
• Excellent communication skills to present to C-Level Executives.
• Conflict negotiation, problem-solving skills, agility.
• Mentoring ability on professional judgment and security-related ethics.
• AppSec and Cloud experience.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with local sales teams to help clients implement an effective cybersecurity program.
• Develop collaborative relationships with client's business unit leaders.
• Provide consultative support to the sales team by uncovering security sales opportunities.
• Understand client's technology environment and articulate solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical and programmatic security requirements.
• Work with security leadership to develop customer-facing go-to-market strategies.
• Manage local manufacturer relationships and grow their market presence.
• Advise Executive Leadership Team on internal security strategy and long-range planning.
