Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years related professional experience.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Experience developing eLearning for software products using rapid development tools like Articulate Storyline.
• Experience with Adobe products, such as Photoshop, Audition, After Effects, and Premiere.
• Graphic design experience.
• Strong desire to learn new skills and technology.
• Strong motivation and team orientation.
• Strong time management and follow-up skills.
• Working knowledge of the MS Windows environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess individual and group training needs for each course for the GTM Organization.
• Participate in the development and ongoing maintenance of the BeyondTrust Academy training materials.
• Utilize new eLearning technologies and methodologies.
• Train GTM employees on BeyondTrust software ensuring full knowledge transfer.
• Organize, plan, and execute self-paced course creation and update processes.
• Design instructional coursework and produce engaging training using visual design skills.
• Maintain deep knowledge of BeyondTrust software product lines.
