Hardware Quality Assurance Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in hardware quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or Lean.
• Experience with hardware testing tools and methodologies, including environmental, functional, and reliability testing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with IoT hardware and connectivity technologies.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the hardware QA strategy to align with company objectives.
• Design, implement, and improve quality management systems for hardware products.
• Oversee QA throughout the product lifecycle and collaborate with engineering teams.
• Ensure hardware products comply with industry and regulatory standards.
• Evaluate and audit hardware suppliers with the supply chain team.
• Analyze quality data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
