Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of construction loans at various stages.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of project sources, construction budgets, and financial information.
• Present analysis to managers and Loan Committee for decision-making.
• Review loan documentation for closings.
• Order progress inspections and reconcile construction budgets.
• Administer construction draws throughout project duration.
• Monitor status of assigned construction projects.
• Maintain strong relationships with borrowers and contractors.
• Handle deadlines and setbacks professionally.
