• Create and post job descriptions in the relevant language to appeal to local talent.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates’ suitability for positions.
• Communicate effectively with candidates in their native language throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Track and manage candidates throughout the hiring process efficiently.
• Stay informed on recruitment trends and market developments in the Dutch, German, or Nordic regions.
