Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand job requirements, team dynamics, and long-term hiring objectives.
• Effectively manage multiple roles across technical and non-technical functions, adapting to shifting priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Work closely with hiring managers to design and execute efficient, structured interview processes.
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews, ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring teams while adhering to established SLAs.
• Support the offer process by extending and negotiating offers, aligning with company compensation frameworks and candidate expectations.
• Craft compelling, brand-aligned job descriptions and post roles strategically across relevant platforms to attract top talent.
• Utilize a range of sourcing tools and platforms to identify, engage, and build relationships with high-quality candidates.
