Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-learning design or instructional design.
• Strong proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
• Experience with graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Articulate Rise 360 is a plus.
• Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Willingness to work in a graveyard shift.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and edit engaging e-learning modules using various authoring tools.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure content accuracy.
• Incorporate multimedia elements like graphics, audio, and video to enhance engagement.
• Apply instructional design principles for effective interactive learning experiences.
• Evaluate e-learning courses for effectiveness and make necessary revisions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-learning design.
