Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in art direction, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Experience in a highly conceptual environment with agency and in-house background.
• Strong portfolio showcasing leadership in creative projects and visual concepts.
• Exceptional design skills, including typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Collaborative work ability with multidiscipline teams and clients for design solutions.
• Experience mentoring junior designers with constructive feedback.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the visual development and execution of creative concepts across various media.
• Collaborate with team members to create cohesive and aligned creative solutions.
• Oversee the design process ensuring design quality and consistency.
• Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback.
