• Sound understanding of construction contracts (e.g., JCT, NEC).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and contracts to forecast costs.
• Assist in preparing tender documents and procurement schedules.
• Evaluate contractor bids and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor project expenditures and compare them with initial estimates.
• Ensure adherence to budgets and identify areas for cost optimization.
• Perform valuations of completed work and arrange payments to contractors.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
• Identify potential project risks and provide mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and industry norms.
• Prepare detailed reports on project progress, costs, and deviations.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all financial transactions and correspondence.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients for seamless project execution.
