Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• A Master's degree is preferred.
• Over 10 years of full lifecycle program/project management experience.
• Proficiency in Agile and Kanban methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
• Comfortable presenting to Director and Vice President-level stakeholders.
• PMP and Certified Scrum Master certifications are preferred.
• Strong business acumen in supporting technology operations.
• Proficiency with agile tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Extensive experience in solution analysis in a global environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a comprehensive program roadmap guiding prioritization of activities.
• Provide oversight and track progress against KPIs for cloud migration.
• Develop and implement a risk management plan.
• Monitor project progress and address potential roadblocks.
• Conduct regular program reviews and report to stakeholders.
• Track and document project issues with resolution plans.
• Escalate critical issues for timely intervention.
• Coordinate project activities and oversee schedules.
• Engage with internal teams and executive stakeholders.
• Establish processes for team collaboration and transparency.
