Requirements:
  • Experience designing and building data engineering pipelines, cloud solutions, ETLs, databases, visualizations and analytical platforms.
  • Experience leading, hiring and growing a team of data engineers, business intelligence engineers, and business analysts that own mission critical product and business systems.
  • 8+ years of experience in data engineering, embedded analytics, business intelligence and cloud data infrastructure.
  • High level of proficiency with SQL, Python and related libraries/frameworks.
  • Ability to build high quality complex solutions and work collaboratively with cross functional teams in a fully remote work environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide thought-leadership, deliver solutions to strategic problems and support the product roadmap.
  • Manage a data engineering, business intelligence, and business analyst team.
  • Design and maintain scalable, reliable data architectures including data lakes, warehouses and pipelines.
  • Ensure clean, accurate, and timely data availability to support product features, embedded analytics, organizational decision-making and analytics.
  • Design and implement data pipelines and transformation workflows optimized for flexibility and data quality.
