Requirements:
  • Experience managing established or emerging gaming communities.
  • Excellence in written and verbal communication for public and internal interactions.
  • Proven ability to enable virtual conversations and empower teams.

  • Track record in reactive and proactive public conversations.

Responsibilities:
  • Interact directly with players through digital mediums.
  • Support the community team in aligning with developers on player experience.
  • Discover, troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve player-impacting issues.
  • Coordinate with outsourcing teams and moderators.
  • Manage time-sensitive social media communications.
  • Craft player-facing messaging and maintain knowledge bases.
  • Participate in Live Triage and internal play tests.
  • Monitor conversations, triage reports, and curate known issues.
  • Analyze player sentiment trends and deliver reports.
  • Source and organize player feedback for distribution.
  • Work with marketing on community leadership.
  • Provide context on player experiences for game fixes.
  • Maintain documentation for info-sharing and training.
  • Ensure brand voice across owned channels.
  • Draft content for the Bungie Blog.
