Requirements:

• Fundamental accounting knowledge.
• Minimum three years accounts receivable experience.
• Experience with Netsuite, Salesforce, and SaaS business is desired.
• Experience working with Stripe and/or Cloud Marketplace providers is a plus.
• Proficient with Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of accounting close processes.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and balance multiple tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage accounts receivable ledgers, ensuring invoices are sent promptly and payments are collected on time.
• Responsible for collecting outstanding receivable balances in accordance with the company’s collection policies.
• Follow up on overdue invoices through phone calls, emails and/or letters.
• Prepare collection reports and track collections progress.
• Complete vendor onboarding forms and address Accounts Receivable-related requests.
• Manage production and distribution of semi-monthly management reporting.
• Handle customer inquiries related to credit card product offerings.
• Assist with invoice creation and distribution.
• Support the Sales team in obtaining customer Purchase Orders.
• Monitor the Accounts Receivable inbox.
• Reconcile customer payments before posting.
• Participate in process improvement projects.
• Support revenue-related audits and reviews.
