Requirements:
  • Proven success in retail sales in an automotive dealership environment.
  • Experience in digital media advertising.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to identify, initiate, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify, develop, manage, and close new business opportunities at assigned and new accounts ensuring cross-functional and organizational alignment.
  • Build a strong 90-day sales pipeline.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealer senior leaders and decision-makers.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals within an assigned book of business.
  • Prepare and present proposals and negotiate terms with dealers.
  • Support dealer escalations and ensure alignment with internal teams.
  • Serve as liaison between the dealer and TrueCar regarding product implementation.
  • Partner with the dealer training team to learn and communicate about new products.
  • Support a team environment and report sales activities within Salesforce.
