Requirements:

• Fluency in English and German.
• 2 to 3 years in a technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or equivalent customer-facing role.
• Deep technical understanding of cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and multi-cloud operations.
• Familiarity with automation, orchestration, and security concepts.
• Proven experience with HashiCorp products (Terraform, Vault, Consul, Nomad) or comparable tools.
• Ability to align technical solutions with customer business objectives.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to tackle challenges.
• Experience in a dynamic team environment focused on customer service.
• Desire to grow technical skills and knowledge of HashiCorp products.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a technical advisor and guide for customer accounts, taking ownership of the technical journey from early discovery to adoption.
• Demonstrate value by connecting solutions to customer business priorities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Assist in discovery, cadence calls, and customer office hours.
• Facilitate product evaluations, proofs of concept, and project rollouts.
• Influence decisions through effective presentations and demos.
• Drive expansion within current product lines and adoption of integrated solutions.
• Maintain deep understanding of the HashiCorp portfolio and competitive landscape.
