• Preferably experienced in HomeHealth or Nursing Home facilities.
• Strong computer and medical billing software skills.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced team environment.
• In-depth knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA policies.
• Preferably certified as a professional medical auditor.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong critical thinking and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and enhancing quality, safety, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Collaborating on reporting systems and delivering routine and ad hoc reports.
• Presenting information through impactful presentations and communications.
• Supporting project management and improvement initiatives.
• Benchmarking national best practices and recommending meaningful changes.
