Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 4 years managing a team.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to various audiences.
• Advanced SQL skills and familiarity with modern analytics tools such as dbt, Looker, or Tableau.
• Experience with scripting languages like Python or R is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of analysts, fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and impact.
• Partner with leaders across Strategy, Operations, and other teams to define key business questions and deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with teams to define and track KPIs, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Act as a thought partner to leadership, contributing to the development of strategies that are grounded in data.
